(1) Shift maintenance:

  ①Clean the outer surface of the drilling rig, and pay attention to the cleaning and good lubrication of the surface of the drilling rig base cableway and vertical compound.

  ② Check whether all exposed anchor bolts, nuts, commercial insurance cotter pins, etc. are firm and reliable.

  ③ Fill with lubricating grease or grease according to lubricating regulations, refer to Figure 2 and Table 1.

  ④ Check the oil level of the transmission, differential and hydraulic transmission system.

  ⑤ Check the oil leakage of each part and solve it in various ways according to the situation.

  ⑥Clear other common faults generated in the class.

   (2) Weekly maintenance:

  ① Completely carry out the new items stipulated by the class maintenance.

  ② Eliminate stains and soil on the surface of the chuck and slip teeth.

  ③ Clean and clean the oil and mud on the inner surface of the brake.

  ④Clear the common failures that occurred during this week.

   (3) Monthly maintenance:

  ① Completely carry out the new items stipulated by class and weekly maintenance.

  ②Remove the chuck, and clean the slips and slip seats. If it is damaged, it should be replaced immediately.

  ③Clean the filter device in the fuel tank of the car, and replace the mildewed or stained gear oil.

  ④ Check the condition of all key parts and components. If there is any damage, it should be replaced in time, and work without injury.

  ⑤ Solve common failures that occurred within the current month.

  ⑥If the drilling rig is not used for a long time, each exposed part (especially the exposed surface of the processing surface) should be coated with grease.
