The use of water well drilling rigs brings a lot of convenience to our daily life. In addition to daily maintenance during construction, water well drilling rigs must also perform regular maintenance on important components as required.

1. Add lubricating oil to the lifter of the water well drilling rig before each work. When filling the lifter with oil, be sure to open the butter at the other end, which is conducive to expelling the previously injected butter. Otherwise, the lifter may be removed. The oil seal in the boot is squeezed. Dirty water containing silt can easily enter and can wear down the bearings and reduce the sensitivity of the rig lifter.

2. Check whether each fuel tank is sufficient and whether the oil quality is normal, check whether the gear oil volume of each reducer is sufficient, whether the oil quality is normal, and check whether there is an oil leakage fault;

3. Check whether the main and auxiliary wire ropes have broken wires and whether their connections are intact and safe.

4. Check whether the lifter rotates flexibly and whether the internal butter is contaminated.

5. Check the steel structure department for cracks, rust, desoldering and other damages.

Once we find faults in the process of use, we should deal with them in time to eliminate all potential safety hazards and ensure that the water well drilling rig is always in perfect working condition.
