Introduction to the maintenance method of highway piling machine:

1. Every day

1. Check for oil, water, gas leakage and overheating of parts;

2. Check the level of diesel engine oil, coolant and hydraulic oil;

3. Check the tire pressure and tire damage;

4. Check the meters and lights;

5. Inject butter at each hinge point.

2. Every 50 hours

1. Check and tighten the front and rear drive shaft bolts;

2. Check the transmission oil level;

3. Check and adjust the foot brake and hand brake, brake booster oil;

4. Check the throttle control and speed change control system;

3. Every 100 hours

1. Replace the transmission oil (every 600 hours thereafter), and clean the oil pan filter;

2. Change the engine oil (every 600 hours thereafter);

3. Check the battery fluid level and apply Vaseline to the battery terminals;

4. Check the tightening of rim and brake disc bolts and bridge bolts;

5. Check the tightness of each fastening bolt.

4. Every 200 hours

1. Check the oil level of the front and rear axles;

2. Clean the air filter (replace the filter element if necessary);

3. Clean oil, diesel and transmission oil filters;

4. Measure the tire pressure to be 0.27~0.31Mpa;

5. Check whether the welding seam of the working device and the front and rear frames is cracked;

6. Check the tightness of the generator and fan belts.

5. Every 600 hours

1. Replace the front and rear axle gear oil (every 1000 hours thereafter);

2. Clean the oil suction filter of the diesel tank;

3. Remove the pollutants on the surface of the water tank and radiator;

4. Replace engine oil, replace oil, diesel oil filter;

5. Replace the transmission oil and oil filter;

6. Check the engine valve clearance.

6. Every 1200 hours

1. Replace the hydraulic oil, clean or replace the oil filter, and clean the oil tank;

2. Check the operation of the engine;

3. Check the working condition of the hydraulic system;

4. Check the steering system performance;

5. Check the performance of the braking system and replace the brake fluid.

7. Every 2400 hours

1. Overhaul the engine according to the engine manual;

2. Disassemble and inspect the gearbox and torque converter;

3. Disassemble inspection of the front and rear axles;

4. Check the welding seam of each part of the whole machine.
